VIDYA PRAVESH It is not just custom in KVS to give orientation to class 1 students to face the formal education but also required to prepare the students through a smooth transition from home to school .
Vidya Pravesh is one of the significant components of NIPUN BHARAT mission to achieve Foundational Literacy and Numeracy .
Implementation of Vidya Pravesh in our Vidyalaya-
Welcome ceremony of kids conducted properly by decorating the hall with balloons and colorful papers, cartoons , giving them tilak and a lovely gifts from school also make a beautiful selfie corner for kids and their parents .Other cultural programs like dance , songs also be presented before them .
Parents teacher meeting conducted after welcome ceremony in which teacher meet the parents and inform or discuss about the schedule of students ,importance of Vidya Pravesh and its activities ,to make them familiar about the belongings of kids , school timing ( 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM ) from 1st of April .
